Standard Test Data Format

The STDF ( Standard Test Data Format ) is a record-oriented, binary data format for storing measurement data in the ATE industry. It can be converted to an equivalent ASCII format (ATDF).

The data format was developed by Teradyne , but it is now supported by many test system manufacturers and has developed into a quasi-standard that is being further developed by the IEEE Test Technology Standards Group and SEMI .
