Stephanie Rupprecht

Stephanie Rupprecht , née Stephanie Gaede (born October 24, 1977 in Freiburg), is a German lawyer and author.

Live and act

Stephanie Gaede grew up in Balingen. Her father was Roland Gaede, a successful lawyer in Balingen. After graduating from high school in 1997, during which she was also awarded the Scheffel Prize, she began studying law, which she completed from 1998 to 2003 in Marburg (as a scholarship holder) in Aberdeen (UK) and in Cologne. From 2003 to 2005 she did her legal clerkship at the Bremen Higher Regional Court and then worked as a research assistant at the University of Osnabrück at the Chair for Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law (2006 to 2008) and at the Chair for Public Law, European Law, International Law and Comparative Law (2010 to 2013 ).

In 2013, Stephanie Rupprecht received the title of Dr. for her dissertation "Foreclosure in old-age pension claims". Jur. Due to the unique position of the topic and yet very high relevance, the dissertation was taken into account in various federal court decisions and shaped them accordingly. It also became a recognized work on life insurance garnishment.

With their publication Riester and Rürup attachable? Stephanie Rupprecht succeeded in picking up a topic of high relevance one more time before there was a groundbreaking decision by the upper courts.

Furthermore, Stephanie Rupprecht is a contributor to the concordance commentary on the European and German protection of fundamental rights, which is a standard work in the field of EU law in national application and implementation. The same applies to her participation in the work on State Liability Law in Europe - National and Union Law.

In addition to her work as a writer , she has been working at the University of Osnabrück as head of the examination office of the law department since 2013 .
