For hidden reserve mainly includes those persons who are not entitled to unemployment benefits have, mostly, for example, housewives who so far none of occupation have followed, students, pupils and retired a second job search. In some cases, however, you will also find people in the hidden reserve who have withdrawn from the labor market discouraged because they have not found a job after a long period of unemployment .
