The Stuhlinger Medal (official name "Ernst Stuhlinger Medal for Outstanding Achievement in Electric Propulsion") is the highest award in the field of electric space propulsion . It is awarded by the Electric Rocket Propulsion Society (ERPS) to people who have made outstanding contributions to the research and development of electric space propulsion systems.

The Stuhlinger Medal was donated by the ERPS in 2005 as the "Medal for Outstanding Achievement in Electric Propulsion" and renamed after the death of its first recipient, Ernst Stuhlinger, in 2008. It is usually awarded every two years at the most important ERPS conference, the International Electric Propulsion Conference (IEPC).
