Superbad is a song by British music producers and DJs Doctor P and Flux Pavilion . It was first released on December 9, 2011 on iTunes . The single could only hit the charts in the UK. There they reached number 61 on the official UK charts and number seven on the UK dance chart.
Music video
The official music video for the song was first released on YouTube on December 13, 2011 . The video shows Flux Pavilion and Doctor P in a car looking for criminals. They hold them down one by one and talk to each other while doing so. At the end of the video, the gang's head falls from a skyscraper, something Pavilion and Doctor P tried to prevent. You can also see "... this is our city now" ("... this is our city now"). The whole video is drawn in the style of a comic strip.
Chart success
The song hit the charts in the UK. It entered the official charts at number 61, but the single had to leave the Top 100 after two weeks. The single also hit the UK Dance Charts. It came in 7th there and stayed in the top 40 for a total of four weeks.
