The Supra vest or Super vest was a uniform piece that was worn as sleeves and collarless top over the actual tunic.

The supra vest resembled a cuirass in shape , but was made of fabric. It was mostly only worn by guards and especially domestic troops and was therefore mostly embroidered on the front. It developed from the tunic around 1700 and after the coalition wars was mostly only worn for service at court.
