The TIQS GmbH & Co. KG was a subsidiary of Boerse-Stuttgart Holding GmbH and developed, operated and sold the trading system TIQS, what system Trading Information and rate stood and part of the infrastructure EUWAX -Segments at the Stuttgart Stock Exchange was. Via this electronic platform, the EUWAX issuers of over 1,300,000 securitized derivatives continuously transmitted buying and selling prices for these securities, so-called quotes , to the Stuttgart stock exchange.
