Taft-Hartley Law

The Taft-Hartley Act (official name: Labor Management Relations Act ) is one of US Sen. Robert A. Taft and Congressman Fred A. Hartley which is introduced in 1947 Act that the legal relations between employers and workers in the United States of America rearranged. The law passed against President Harry S. Truman's veto significantly worsened the position of the unions .
