Team Tachyon
Team Tachyon is a Japanese game development division and brand of the Tecmo company . The name of the studio, founded in 2007, is derived from the elementary particles of the same name , which move faster than light. Important members are, for example, Keisuke Kikuchi and Kohei Shibata.
The first game produced by Tachyon was the sequel to the hit game Super Swing Golf . The second game Rygar: The Battle of Argus was a Wii version of the action adventure Rygar: The Legendary Adventure, which had already been released for the Playstation 2 . Both games were sold almost equally. The third game, Sasami Kisscomi , was only produced for the iPhone (iPod Touch). The fourth game, Undead Knights , was produced for the PlayStation Portable . When it was launched, a full version was inadvertently made available for download instead of the demo. The fifth game, Quantum Theory, was a third-person shooter for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 . Quantum Theory was Team Tachyon's most successful game so far.
