The Boss (band)

The Boss (대국 남아, often called DGNA) is a five-member South Korean boy band formed under Open World Entertainment in 2010. In South Korea they are known as Dae Guk Nam Ah , which translates as "The Boys from Super Space" (The Boys from the super-space) means. The English name "The Boss" was derived from this. In Japan they are called Daikoku Danji (大 国 男 児).

The band consists of Mika, Karam, Hyunmin, Injun and Jay. All members of The Boss were under contract with Xing Entertainment and were former members of the generation band Xing, where they, however, had different stage names. After they were officially announced on January 28, 2010, they made their debut on March 4, 2010 with the song Admiring Boy on the entertainment channel Mnet at the M! Countdown. They had their first comeback on June 18, 2010 at KBS2 Music Bank with Biteul, Biteul ( 비틀 비틀 , also known as Stumble, Stumble ), after releasing the accompanying music video.
