The Ghost Rockets ( TGR for short ) is a rock band from Schweinfurt that was founded in 2005. The music is a genre mixture that finds its roots in rock music.
history
The Ghost Rockets were founded in 2005 by Eric Greulich, Marc Hanson, Sebastian Väth, Steffen Schmidt and Christian Kraus. Since then the band has been touring across Germany and has so far recorded more than 200 live performances. 2006 they released their first demo tape called Session I . After winning the Lower Franconian Music Prize in 2007, the EP The Eyes Of… followed in 2008 . After a successful tour in French Normandy , the five musicians released their first studio album on July 31, 2009 on the Regensburg record label "Dancing in the Dark Records", which bears the band's name.
The band will release their new album Goodbye Utopia on April 4th, 2014 . It will be released on Dancing in the Dark Records.
