Thoon ( Greek  Θόων ) is a giant of Greek mythology .

In the library of Apollodorus he is a son of Gaia and the blood of Uranus , which falls on Gaia when he is emasculated. Like the giant Agrios, Thoon is slain with bronze clubs in the Gigantomachie by the Moiren . Since the giants can only be finally killed by mortals, Heracles kills him lying on the ground with an arrow.
