Till West
Till West is a DJ and music producer in the electronic music scene . He became known in 2006 with his debut single Same Man , which became a club hit.
Life
In the early 1990s he listened to DJ mixes by Julian Perez, Ralphie Rosario, Farley Funk and Frankie Knuckles in Chicago on WBMX Radio. When he was back in Germany, he bought his first turntable and learned the essentials for his DJ career. A short time later he was already playing in various Cologne clubs, such as B. Tiefenruasch, Apollo or Teatro.
Together with a good friend, DJ Delicious , he released his debut single Same Man in January 2006 on their own record label Phunkwerk. With that he made the international breakthrough within the DJ scene.
