Timolaos is the name of several ancient Greek personalities:

  • Timolaos (Corinthians) , Corinthian statesman, supported Sparta in 411/410 BC. In the Decelic War, but later pursued an anti-Spartan policy
  • Timolaos (Thebans) , Theban statesman of the 4th century BC. BC, betrayed his hometown to Philip II of Macedonia
  • Timolaos of Kyzikos , disciple of the Greek philosopher Plato
  • Timolaos of Larisa , Greek grammarian of the 3rd century BC. BC, created an expanded version of Homer's Iliad
  • Timolaos (son of Zenobia) , son of the ruler Zenobia of Palmyra and Septimius Odaenathus, living in the 3rd century AD
