Touring car classics

The touring car classics (TWC) is a German racing series founded in 2015.

It is aimed at private drivers and so-called gentleman's drivers - the former drivers of the German Touring Car Championship (DTM) in particular should be addressed . The TWC was brought into being by entrepreneur Ralph Bahr, organizer Alexander Ferreira and the former DTM and Formula 3 driver Marc Hessel . Authentic motorsport history - partly with the original vehicles from the DTM of the 1980s and 90s, partly with replicas that are true to the original - and to enable private mass sport beyond the well-known series is the purpose of the Touring Car Classics, which will be held in its third in 2018 Are in season. Series sponsor is the sports rear silencer manufacturer Eisenmann Exhaust Systems.
