Tradde

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Tradde is a historic process in coal mining for compensation and settlement of mining damage . The owner of a property was entitled to part of the subsidy if mining was carried out under his property and this resulted in economic impairment by the mining operator. The trade was accounted for in parts of the funding and, depending on the use of the property, amounted to 1/60 to 1/30 of the total funding. A legally binding payment of the Tradde also has an impact on the present day, since then there is no longer any legal claim to compensation in the event of subsequent mining damage.
