The Czech National Council (Czech Česká národní rada ) was an illegal association of the Czechoslovak resistance in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia from January 1945 until the end of the Second World War . He was an amalgamation of the local resistance groups and served as their spokesman for the resistance in exile and at the end of the war had an important role in the Prague uprising .
