The UPS Airlines Flight 1354 was a scheduled flight of the cargo airline UPS Airlines from Louisville airport to Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport in Alabama . On August 14, 2013, an Airbus A300-600F crashed while approaching north of runway 18 after it had previously grazed trees. Both the captain and the copilot were killed.

causes
The NTSB investigators were able to determine the cause that the pilots had made a number of errors that led to the flight altitude falling below the minimum. Fatigue and a lack of communication between the crew were also identified as causes.
