USA-207 , also Palladium At Night ( PAN ) or P360 , is an American communications satellite . The US government did not disclose which of its intelligence agencies operate the satellite.

The three-axis stabilized satellite was by Lockheed Martin built and based on the A2100 - satellite bus . The contract to build PAN was signed in October 2006 and the launch was originally scheduled to take place 30 months later in March 2009.

USA 207 was launched on September 8, 2009 by the United Launch Alliance with an Atlas V (401) (serial number AV-018) from Launch Complex 41 of Cape Canaveral AFS and separated about two hours after launch from the rocket into a transfer orbit 13544 × 35400 km × 23.1 °.
