USS Housatonic was the name of several ships in the US Navy:

  • USS Housatonic (1861) , a steam powered northern sailing warship in the American Civil War, the first ship sunk by a submarine
  • USS Housatonic (1899) , also USS Housatonic (SP-1697), a mine-layer and troop transport in World War I.
  • USS Housatonic (1941) , also known as USS Housatonic (AO-35), a tanker used in World War II
