Underrent

With Under Rent is that portion of the rent that is below the usual local Mietsätzen. Underrent is z. B. agreed if the tenant creates structural facilities, which then become the property of the landlord.

An underrent must be taken into account as part of a valuation , i.e. In other words, the local rent cannot be expected if a lower rent is actually paid.
