University assistant
University assistants are scientific or artistic employees who are accepted into an employment relationship with the university after completing a master's or diploma degree or a doctorate that is intended for the relevant use. They differ from senior scientists according to § 26 paragraph 2 in the temporary nature of their employment, and from the assistant professor according to § 27 in the lack of a qualification agreement .
