Uppsala-ESO Survey of Asteroids and Comets

The Uppsala-ESO Survey of Asteroids and Comets (UESAC), translatable as " Uppsala - ESO Survey for Asteroids and Comets" was carried out in 1992 and 1993. 1102 asteroids were discovered. In addition, more than 15,000 asteroid positions have been determined and around 2,500 orbits have been calculated.

The survey was carried out by the European Southern Observatory in Chile and the Siding Spring Observatory .
