Ushas Mons

The Ushas Mons ( Latin for mountain of the Uṣas , after the Indian goddess of the dawn) is a volcano on Venus .
The shield volcano is about two kilometers high and 413 km in diameter. It is located at 24.3 ° South and 324.6 ° East. , in the north of the highlands of Dione Regio .
Solidified lava flows can extend hundreds of kilometers on Venus. Outbreaks have never been observed.
