Uvatypia

The Uvatypie is a method for the production of color slides and color prints. It represents a form of staining and wash-out relief .

The process was developed by Arthur Traube and published in 1916. In 1918 he founded the company Uvachrom AG in Munich to evaluate the uvatypia economically. The process was not resumed after the factory premises were destroyed in World War II .
