history

The LSK Lomnice club planned to build a ski jumping hill in 1950. Two years later the inauguration of the K 58 with a wooden 18 m high inrun tower took place. A year later, the architect Jarolimak designed a 30 m school jump next to the K 58. In 1970 the ski jumping area was intensively expanded. The K 58 hill was provided with a steel tower construction and enlarged to K 70, a K 25 hill was created and the 30 m hill was extended to K 43. In 1995 a K 8 and a K 13 ski jump were created for the younger generation. In 2004 the K 27 and K 43 were renewed and covered with matting. Three years later the normal hill K 70 was modernized, covered with plastic matting and the inrun tower renewed.
