Variable range marker

A Variable Range Marker (VRM) is a measuring ring on a radar screen . The center of the ring is also the center of the screen. The measuring ring can be continuously enlarged and reduced around the center. The distance between the center and the measuring ring is automatically displayed in sm , so that when you place the VRM on an object on the screen, the distance to your own radar is displayed.
