Venture loan

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A venture loan (or growth debt ) is a bullet loan that is given to an existing start-up .

As a rule, the financing is for more mature startups that have already been on the market for three to four years and can already show solid sales and corresponding collateral. The significantly higher risk (up to total loss) for lenders is compensated by high interest rates (8 to 20% p. A.).
