Reification (jurisprudence)

Reification is an expression that was introduced by Dulckeit in civil law scholarship, referring to Hegel . He names the process in which a right of claim becomes a right in rem through acquisition of ownership and thus also shows effects against third parties; A typical example in the BGB is the reservation .
