The state treaty on the distribution of supply burdens in the event of a change of employer across federal and state levels (in short: State Treaty on Supply Burden Sharing ) makes provisions in service law if a civil servant changes employer. The State Treaty was signed by the Federal Minister of the Interior on January 26, 2010 and by the state representatives on December 16, 2009. It came into force on January 1, 2011 for all parties involved.
