Vertigorama in Parque de la Ciudad ( Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is a never-opened Racing - steel roller coaster from the Model Double Roller Coaster of manufacturer Intamin . It is also the only roller coaster of the Double Roller Coaster model .

The construction of the railway was completed in 1983, but due to problems with the electrical system, the railway was never opened.
