The management service is the formal delivery of documents in the administrative procedure .
It is for example in the coercive procedure or gem. Section 73 (3) sentence 1 VwGO is required by law for notices of objection . The administrative right of delivery depends on whether a federal or state authority is acting (the municipalities here belong to the state level).
The Federal Administrative Service Act applies to federal authorities . The states of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia, Schleswig-Holstein and Thuringia have their own administrative delivery laws. In the other federal states, reference is made to the federal law.
