Veszprém FC

The Veszprémi FC (VFC) is a Hungarian football club from the city of Veszprém , which was founded on January 7 in 1912 under the name Vegyész FC. From 1988 to 1993 the club played in the first football league of Hungary ( NB I. ), meanwhile it has been relegated to NB II , where it still plays today. In 2005 the club went bankrupt, but it was completely renewed. In Veszprém, the VFC owns the Egyetemi Stadium (15,000 seats), where the soccer team also plays its home games.

The managing director of the VFC is Irmes Zsolt, the head coach of the 1st team is Tamás Orbán. The team's two star players are Zoltán Molnár (defense) and Péter Bali (attack).
