General

Vo Khi Dao is a martial art that has its roots in the 4,000 year old Vietnamese martial arts tradition. She combines elements of Binh Dinh (martial art) , Viêt Võ Dao and Shaolin Kung Fu . The martial and defense art is a holistic system of pushing and striking techniques with hand, foot, falling and throwing techniques, as well as weapon technique, Qigong and Tai Chi . The peculiarity of this martial art is not only the simultaneous defense and attack, but also the looseness and the preservation of the body feeling.

Vo Khi Dao is based on the principle of Yin and Yang, i.e. hard and soft. As a result, the practitioner of Vo Khi Dao strengthens his physical strength, flexibility, endurance and ability to concentrate through balanced practice. Practicing weapon techniques also improves the feeling for one's own body and movement coordination.
