The Volato 200 is a light aircraft under development by the Brazilian manufacturer VOLATO Aeronaves e Compósitos SA .

History and construction

The construction of the Volato 200 is based on the Aero Designs Pulsar , on which the two founders of the factory, Zizo Sola and Marcos Vilela , worked together with Richard Allen Trickel Jr in the 1990s . The machine is a low-wing aircraft with a conventional tail unit and fixed nose wheel landing gear. The machine is made almost entirely of composite materials. The cockpit has two seats next to each other and can be entered by folding the cockpit hood forward. The machine is also offered as a kit and can be equipped with different motors.
