People's Artist of the RSFSR
The title of People's Artist of the RSFSR ( Russian: Народный артист РСФСР ) was a Soviet award given by the Russian Soviet Federal Socialist Republic .
The award was established by decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of August 10, 1931.
