Volume license

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A volume license is a licensing model for fee-based software that enables the acquisition and use of multiple licenses or multiple licensing. In the case of server software, a distinction is made between the per-server license, in which the maximum number of workstations authorized to access the server is specified, and the per-workstation license, in which every workstation or user who can access the server has one License required.
