Vydří (German Widern ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located seven kilometers southwest of Jindřichův Hradec and belongs to the Okres Jindřichův Hradec .
geography
Vydří is located at Vyderský potok on the right side of the Nežárka in the eastern edge of the Wittingau basin . The place is surrounded by several fish ponds.
Neighboring towns are Políkno and Horní Žďár in the northeast, Dolní Žďár and Horní Lhota in the east, Lásenice in the southeast, Dvorce in the south, Stráž nad Nežárkou in the southwest, Plavsko in the west and Hatín and Polště in the northwest.
