Warming drawer
A warming drawer is a built-in kitchen device that can be opened like a drawer and has a temperature control unit. As a rule, the temperature range for warming drawers goes up to approx. 80 ° C, which opens up a number of possible applications (see below)
Common formats of warming drawers are 140 mm or 290 mm high, each with a width of 600 mm. High-quality warming drawers usually have convection heating in combination with a glass heating plate and temperature control , which allows multiple applications to be covered.
