Water torture

Different types of torture using water are referred to as water torture:

  • Forcing in water or other liquids, see Swedish drink
  • The Chinese water torture under dripping water
  • The water boarding (simulated drowning with a cloth over the mouth and nose, which is covered with water)
  • The long immersion of the head in water
