Work contract

A contract for work and services is a type of private law contract for the mutual exchange of services , in which one part undertakes to produce a work against payment of remuneration (work wages) by the other contract part (customer) . The contractor is the one who creates the work. In contrast to the service contract , not (only) the performance, but also and especially the success (work success ) of a performance is owed.
