Value stream planning in value stream management

The value stream planning , engl. Value Stream Planning (VSP), the third and final step in a cycle of so-called value stream management ( Value Stream Management ), a business method in the production planning and control or management of services .

The method provides for the continuous planning and implementation of measures with a strategic objective of value stream (Value stream design vision) ago. This includes the integration of a target development and regular revisions (reviews), the so-called PDCA cycles (plan-do-check-act). The value stream planning follows the value stream analysis ("actual state") and the value stream design ("target state").
