The Wildau Institute of Technology e. V. (WIT e.V.) is an institute established in 2004 at the Technical University of Wildau . The range of courses includes classic engineering courses, business administration, business informatics and administrative law.

The Wildau Institute of Technology is intended to provide academic training for engineers, economists and social scientists in management positions. The target group are managers and junior employees who are striving for management positions or who are pursuing their own company. The TH Wildau in profile As a registered association, it operates legally independently, but in close cooperation with the Technical University of Wildau.

courses

The focus is on internationally oriented master's programs. The offer includes the following programs:

  • Master of Business Administration , in German and English, part-time (two years), content with focus on general management, project management and digitization
  • Master in Aviation Management, in English, part-time (two years)
  • Master of Science in Library Informatics, in German part-time (two years)

Organization and financing

All courses are financed by tuition fees. The students are enrolled at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (FH). The course takes place in accordance with the study and examination regulations of the responsible department and is integrated into the university's quality management system . The Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (FH) is responsible for the final exams and also awards the final title.

The WIT operates as a registered association legally independent, but in close cooperation with the Technical University of Wildau. Members are institutions and professors of the TH Wildau. The board is supported in its work by a scientific advisory board, which includes personalities from business , science and politics . The chairman is Prof. Dr. Ulrike Tippe, President of the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau. Furthermore, advisory boards are being formed for the individual study programs.
