The law for the elimination of improper housing in Berlin (Housing Supervision Act - WoAufG Bln) in the version of April 3, 1990 is a housing supervision law of the State of Berlin .

Changes

It was changed twice:

  • Section 13 amended by Article LIII of the Act of July 16, 2001 (GVBl. P. 260)
  • Section 3 amended by the law of March 20, 2019 (GVBl. P. 237)

The amendment to Section 3 is also referred to by the Senate Department for Urban Development as the "1st amendment".

Implementation of supervision

According to a request from Marcel Luthe (FDP), there are slightly more than 20 staff positions for around 1.5 million rental apartments.
