Wort zum Sonntag (as the original spelling is used) is a religious program on Swiss television that is broadcast weekly on Saturday evening at 8:00 p.m. on SRF 1's program. The first program with today's title was broadcast in January 1958, making it one of the oldest programs on Swiss television. Before that, it was in the program from June 13, 1954 to January 8, 1958 under the title “Today's Sunday”.

The program sees itself as a «commentary from a Christian perspective on religious, spiritual and ethical questions of the individual and contemporary society». It takes up social issues and questions of individual lifestyle. The speakers speak in their own name and take a stand on the topics from a Christian perspective, incorporating their own knowledge and lived spirituality.
