Zac & Mia is an American hospital series that started in 2017. The 2nd season was broadcast in 2019.

The story is based on the novel Z ac & Mia by the Australian writer AJ Betts.

17-year-old Zac Meier is in hospital with leukemia. During his hundred days of isolation, Mia Philips, a girl with an osteosarcoma in her leg, is admitted to the room next door. The two soon communicate via text messages, video calls and the ventilation shaft that is located above the two beds. Friendship soon turns into love. But the illnesses, families and friends of the two make it difficult for them to find each other.
