Zacuto or Zacutus is the family name of the following people:

  • Abraham Zacuto (also: Zacuto von Salamanca, actually Abraham ben Schmuel Zacuth; born 1450; died around 1510), Sephardic astronomer
  • Mose Zacuto (also: Mosche Sachut, Mose Zachut etc .; born around 1625; died 1697), Jewish poet and Kabbalist
  • Zacutus Lusitanus (also: Abraham Zacuth; born in 1575 as Manuel Alvares de Távora; died in 1642), Portuguese-Dutch doctor and medical historian
