Zhamog ( Tib .: spra rmog, Tramog or Zhamo , Chinese  扎 木 镇 , Pinyin Zhāmù Zhèn ) is a large municipality and capital of Bomê County , located in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . In 2000 it had 6,651 inhabitants.
