Zhenda Daojiao

Zhenda Daojiao ( Chinese  真 大道 敎 ) is a school of Daoism . Liu Deren founded this school in 1142. Zhenda Daojiao refers to the ideals of Wu wei , altruism, and frugality based on Daodejing . Evil should be avoided and the effort for good should be practiced. This school of Daoism has a great influence of Confucianism and magical practices and prolongation of life do not play a role here. The heyday of this school was in the 13th century, but it quickly went under.
