Drawing top
A drawing top consists of a disc with two holes in the middle through which a cord is passed. If you now twist the cord at both ends in opposite directions and then pull them apart, the disc is set in rotation. The disc acts as a flywheel and, after pulling it apart, turns the cord up again automatically depending on the force applied.
Exercise device
Under the name of rotation expander, the pulling top is used to train the upper body muscles and to prevent postural damage. Here, the tensing and relaxing of the muscles as well as the vibrations that arise when the disc rotates, depending on the position of the device in front of or behind the body, affect different muscle parts.
